| Trebeaubenahas Tex at Bolerame Marburl's Nitro X Benaha's Lil Bit o' Spice March 1, 2005 |
Tex is a lovely boy who showed so much promise as a puppy. He
was imported from Trebeaubenaha Boxers in Texas. However, at
approximately a year of age, he started to develop a wry bite. We
were still reluctant to remove him from the show ring, however.
Although we knew that we couldn't use him for breeding, we
wanted so much to have him become a champion. It was not to
be. He was neutered and placed.
Tex was placed in, what we thought would be, his forever home.
That was also not to be. After over 2 years away from us, Tex
came home on January 2, 09. It is wonderful to have this big lug
of a dog home with us. He is still gentle, loving and a big couch
potato. It's as though he had never left. The issues that were
cited to us as the reason for returning him, have not surfaced.
After being home for almost 10 months, we are reluctantly looking
for a new, committed, home for him.
